Watercolor Wonders
Techniques of watercolor painting to experience the magic and versatility of the medium. We will stimulate the imagination and invite creativity. All levels welcome. Be sure to pick up your supply list.

Tuesdays 11/21-12/12 | 3-5pm | Ages: Adults | $60/person (based on a 4 wk session) 

Mosaic Workshop
Decorate a stepping stone with mosaic pieces in this 2 week workshop. Students bring your own 12x12" terracotta or concrete stepping stone, marbles, shells, old plates, broken shards of ceramic tile, plates, stones, fossils, jewelry, etc. Anything that can be glued down! Grout, mastic and glue will be provided.

Improv For Kids
Improv for Kids is a program that helps students explore their imagination while building self- confidence. It teaches students to listen, involve their senses and voice with movement and space. The students even get to create a script and a scene from scratch!

Painting Clay Party with Pikasso
Come out and paint Holiday Decorative clay plates with us at Practically Pikasso! They will guide you through the process with step by step instruction, as you paint your own Holiday masterpiece! Bring a friend or make a new one, while painting and sipping on your favorite beverage! Snacks and beverages welcome!

Spanish Club for Kids
This new afterschool program teaches children Spanish in a fun way, through songs, art n crafts, puppet shows, drama and much more. By the end of the 8 week program children will be given a Certification of Completion for their attendance to the Spanish Club. Please note time change from brochure when signing up your child.

Wednesdays 11/1-12/20 | 2:45-4:15pm | Ages: 6-10 | $80/person (based on an 8 wk session)

Drawing Basics for Teens
Basic drawing for beginning and intermediate art students. Lessons take place in the Museum and Plein-Air (Outdoors). Techniques include charcoal, graphite and ink. Students should bring graphite pencil, vine charcoal (med.) and an 18X24 drawing pad (med. weight) to first class session.

Wednesdays 11/8-12/13 | 4:30-6pm | Ages: 13-18 | $75/person (based on a 6 wk session)

DIY Thursdays
Get crafty and creative at the Museum with Sharon Joller! Once a month children 0-5 and their caregiver will enjoy story time, music play, DIY crafts and more.

Thursdays 11/2, 12/7 | 9:30-11am | Ages: Birth-5 | $5/class

Learn the fascinating art of wood carving, including relief, in the round, and chip carving. Additional material fees of $10 paid directly to the instructor. No class on 11/10, 11/24.

Fridays 8/18-12/8  | 9:30am-12pm | Ages: 8-Adult | $7/class

Art Fridays w/ IMI
Amaze yourself and others! Create your own masterpiece start to finish in this Beginner's Oil Painting Class. We all paint the same thing; most often FL Landscapes. No materials or experience required! IMI (Incredible Me Incorporated) workshops are lighthearted step-by-step lessons in the basics of painting Fine Art. Throughout our Centennial year, we will be releasing interviews from our Safety Harbor Stories oral history project. For more information on which stories will be debuted, contact the Museum at 727-724-1562.

Creative Conversations: Photo Walking Tours
Join longtime resident and photographer Sharon Joller as you explore our beautiful city! Discover fun facts, diverse architecture, landscapes, historic landmarks, and see what everyone loves about our charming City. Whether a beginner or expert photographer, you'll find opportunities to snap memorable and creative perspectives of Safety Harbor. One photo will be chosen to be part of our members show in the Spring.

Ladies Night Out Wreath Making

Ladies come join us for a night out and design the perfect holiday wreath for your front door. Learn the basics of decorating wreaths - from filler selection to bow-making in this one night workshop. Be sure to pick up your supply list.
